Returns & Exchanges

At Chicago Music Exchange, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn't hitting the right note, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully repackage your item in its original shipping container, ensuring all original accessories, manuals, and packaging materials are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the gear to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
