Electronics: Original Gibson wiring harness with a three-position switch, two volume pots, and two tone pots. The bridge and neck pickups are era correct "Pat. No." sticker humbuckers and the middle pickup is a later Gibson patent stamped or "T-Top" humbucker. The pots date to 1962.

Pickup Measurements: Bridge: 7.7k Middle: 8.2k Neck: 7.5k

Hardware: At some point aftermarket tuners were installed. As a result, the tuner holes were enlarged slightly to fit the shafts and extra holes were drilled in the back of the headstock. Era correct "waffle back" tuners have been installed. The nut and bridge are not original.

Weight: 7 lbs 11 oz

Cosmetic Condition: This vintage Les Paul/SG shows heavy play wear throughout. There are sigs of repair, finishing chipping, dings, dents, and scratches throughout. There are remnants of tape on the back of the body as well as two larger holes on the back from a previous modification. There are holes on the back of the headstock where screws were drilled to accompany alternate tuning machines.

Modifications/Repairs: -Repaired heel break. It is stable and does not effect the playability of the guitar. -Refret. -Non-original nut. -Non-original middle humbucker. -Touched up solder joints. -Open screw holes on the back of the headstock and the back of the heel from previous modifications.

Serial Number: 139435

Tech Notes: This vintage Les Paul/SG plays well with low action. The frets are tall and show no wear. It is being dated to 1963 based on the serial number and pot codes.
